User acknowledges that his or her right to use the Fiorente2.com analyses by Fiorente2.com is personal to the user and is not transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other method to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer the user's right to use this Website is void and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any distribution by you of your account name and password may result in the cancellation of your subscription without refund and additional charges based on unauthorized use.
