Unveiling Market Forecasts: Harmonic Analysis and Planetary Cycles
#213 World Indices: Examining Potential Turning Points Using Gann's Approach
Introduction
Have you ever considered the possibility of a 50-year cycle shaping the markets in 2024? Consider how the events of 1974 might have been echoed in 2024. The inverse 50-year cycle from 1974 is intriguing, not only because there was inflation in 1974 but also because inflation is currently decreasing. Moreover, in 1974, the President (Nixon) decided to stop. Does this sound familiar? This cycle is worth paying attention to as it closely aligns with my NYSE Transit To Natal Forecast and runs alongside the 60-year cycle. More on this Gann major cycle and the probabilities in this week’s post.
This week, I posted a chart on Lilly & Co on X (Twitter) that seems to trade on the 4th Harmonic in Price and Time—now approaching a possible crest, at a Fibonacci harmonic of 618 days, $618 from the low of March 2023. Note: the 0.618 is a Fibonacci ratio. There is more to say about a possible square-out in Price and Time than I posted on X.
I have added more time cycles and planetary cycles on the above chart. The key takeaway from this analysis is the importance of considering both Price and Time harmonics when making forecasts. Price and Time can be used interchangeably, as Gann did in his forecasts. Since price and time are in equilibrium along the 1x1 timing line, it's possible that the stock will move higher and that we have a later inflection point. A stock may continue its uptrend if it remains above or along the 1x1 line.
Other potential targets include 666 days from the low in Price and Time at 975 or even squaring the low price of 309.20 after shifting the decimal point one step to the right, which would give you a price level of 956 (30.92x30.92).
The planetary lines of Mercury and Venus in Geo coordinates also indicate the possibility of a higher price. It seems to meander along the 1x1 timing line as well. From a Heliocentric perspective, Mars is set to return to its angle on January 15th, 2025, from March 2023, ending a two-year cycle. The probabilities for an inflection point increase when other cycles confirm an analysis, but it is never guaranteed. So, you need to keep watching what the market is doing.
After explaining the chart I posted on X (Twitter) and how to conduct a harmonic analysis in the Gann way to forecast potential price and time turning points, I have included a monthly review of global indices from the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia in a convenient PDF format (18 pages) for premium subscribers.
These charts examine the most probable Gann Master Cycles (60, 50, 30, 20, 10) that the markets may follow. Not all markets resonate on the same cycles. In addition I also updated the weekly Gann Master Cycle forecasts and updated the Harmonic analysis on the US Indices.
