Nike, Inc. (NKE) continued its steep decline amid concerns over weak US/China growth, margin pressures, and fears of a turnaround delay. Where will the stock find a bottom?

Wall Street price targets usually won’t help. As Michael Burry recently noted: “Wall Street over the last 10 years guided investors to 42% more earnings than ever actually existed.”

They also won’t tell you when the bottom has arrived, and they start buying again.

Squaring Price and Time

What I’ve learned is to look for a moment where Price and Time align. As W.D. Gann noted, when Price and Time are in balance, there’s a greater probability for a change in trend.

Time can be expressed in equal or harmonic numbers of days, weeks, months, or planetary degrees.

Three Ways to Square Time and Price

According to Gann, there are three ways:

“Square the Range (points from extreme low to extreme high) with Time, then square the extreme low point with Time, and square the extreme high point with Time. When the market passes out of these squares and breaks important angles, the trend changes up or down.”

Applying this to NKE: From the November 2021 top, the harmonic numbers may tell a story: the 179.10 High squares at 1791 calendar days, and the 9.56 Low balances at 956 Mars Helio degrees.

This gives a potential time band between September 28, 2026, and October 1st, 2026, for my preferred time target at the Saturn 1x1 or 1x2 timing line.

Of course, this is a forecast with a 70% probability, following the Mars-Jupiter Helio 816-day cycle over the last 12 cycles, and it may come in as late as the end of January 2027. As the decline started at a Mars-Uranus opposition, also watch the Mars-Uranus conjunction in mid-August 2026 for an early price and time alignment.

Conclusion

Nike’s potential decline to its 17-18 year low presents a case study in squaring Price and Time. The alignment of calendar days, planetary degrees, and Saturn timing lines suggests a window from as early as August 2026 to as late as January 2027.

My bias is for late September to early October 2026 as the primary window for a potential trend change.

Watch for price action around the Saturn 1x1 or 1x2 timing lines during these periods.

Remember, cycles may deviate or extend, and no forecast is certain. This analysis is for educational purposes—always do your own research and manage risk accordingly.

Last week, I published the long-term view of the DJIA squaring out in Price and Time from the September 1900 bear market low.

In Gann terminology, "squaring price and time" refers to a balanced or harmonious relationship between the price and time dimensions, often indicating significant market reversals. Price and Time are interchangeable.

George Lindsay, a legendary trader and analyst, published a treatise in the 1950s, “An Aid to Timing”, in which he showed that the long-term cycle consists of at least 2-4 sub-cycles. He used simple calendar day measurements between highs and lows that are of equal distance from a midpoint (a pause in the market), to show where the trend may change.

The 1899-1900 bear market serves as a good example, as seen below. I believe he used his astronomical knowledge to pinpoint the right moments, as illustrated in the chart below.

The midpoint (March 16, 1900) is not only equally distant from the September 5th, 1899 high, but also from the September 24, 1900 low in calendar days. Additionally, it aligns with astronomical cycles, such as Venus-Saturn, Saturn-Neptune, and inflection points occurring on Saturn-Pluto and Saturn-Neptune oppositions (180 degrees apart).

The midpoint and the equal distance between the high and low revealed the end of the bear market. Hereafter a 29-year bull market started. From this important low in September 1900, we have reached the recent high of around $45,631 in 45,631 days. This seems to form quite some resistance.

I do not think the September 1900 low was a midpoint in itself, on a very long cycle; however, the same midpoint technique George Lindsay showed in his work and newsletter can be used to find where the start and end of a future bull/bear market may be located.

In this edition, I will show premium subscribers where the current bull market might likely end, using George Lindsay's mid-point cycle technique on the DJIA. This could provide you with a perspective on longer-term cycles and why the DJIA may not have reached its peak in the current bull market.

For the first time in history, the DJIA has squared out in both price and time from its bear market low of September 24th, 1900, in 45,631 calendar days at a price level of $45,631. Considering the span of 125 years, this point marks a highly significant market hotspot.

In Gann terminology, "squaring price and time" refers to a balanced or harmonious relationship between the price and time dimensions, often indicating significant market reversals. Price and Time are interchangeable.

Last week, the DJIA reached the 45,631 level, which occurred two days before the expected square-out date on August 30, 2025, after 45,631 calendar days had elapsed. The square-out at 45,631 is significant because it is a prime number, emphasizing its importance on the 1x1 line, as it cannot be divided into smaller cycles that also “square” both price and time.

This does not necessarily mean that the bull market is over, as the 1x1 line continues on its path; however, this 1x1 line can represent significant resistance for some time to come. When broken, other past highs and lows may become more relevant, and we may see an even higher 1x1 timing line. On the chart above, I have included some relevant prices and future time dates, referencing past market highs and lows, as well as future dates.

The S&P 500 exhibits similar square-out points in terms of time and price, and the NYSE Composite Index is close to a square-out on the 60-year Gann Master Cycle.

While analyzing the NYSE chart using planetary cycles of Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn, we might be approaching a trend reversal, although it could still take a couple of months. So, let’s observe how this aligns with these key planetary cycles….

Last Friday, investors reacted positively to the speech Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell delivered at his annual meeting regarding possible rate cuts in September 2025. In his speech, he emphasized that the decision will depend on key employment and inflation data to be released in early September. As a response, the U.S. indices Futures surged.

Research from the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER.org) has shown that financial markets tend to react positively to the announcement of rate cuts, especially when they are not made in response to a recession. These responses often last only a short time before the rate cut, and when the actual rate cut happens, it's usually already been factored in.

Following the 60-year cycle, it appeared to me that the interest rates in 1965 were on a similar level, 4%-4.5% compared with today’s interest rates. The Fed did not make a rate cut in 1965, but actually made a rate hike in December 1965. (Follow link to Federal Reserve Bulletin December 1965, on page 1669)

So, I wonder whether we will see an earlier rate cut this year in September, rather than following the 60-year cycle, and the potential phase shift we saw in the February-May period this year. This could confirm my theory that the 60-year cycle indeed made a phase shift to the left. I have updated my 60-year phase shift chart on the DJIA in today’s post.

In an earlier post this year, I showed premium subscribers that the stock market fear over President Trump's tariff announcement occurred a couple of months earlier than his predecessor did in May 1965.

Since April 7th, 2025, we have seen the 60-year cycle in a pattern similar to 1965, and if it continues, as of today, we might reach the $49,000 to $50,000 range on the DJIA by year's end or close to it.

The US Indices and numerous other global indices and stocks are near critical support and resistance levels. These levels coincide with planetary hotspots where support and resistance typically form. After reviewing various cycles in major US Indices and stocks, it seems that the Mars-Pluto cycle might be approaching a trend reversal.

Have you followed the recent developments of the Ukraine war? It is clear that Mars and Pluto are involved. I do not envy President Zelenskyy going to Washington again when we are close to Mars square Pluto. Keep your fingers crossed for the outcome.

Moreover, looking at the S&P 500 Gann Hexagon Chart, we are close to a possible sensitive degree where time and price may be aligned. In July last year, I posted the below Hexagon charts, which show the sensitive degrees highlighted in early August 2025.

The SPX has recently been very close to the Price and Time Square out of 6,677 by August 2025.

The Hexagon chart is effective at identifying Time and Price relationships, especially at sensitive degrees where inflection points can occur.

In W.D. Gann’s own words:

Of course, you could also use a Gann 1x1 Line, which draws a 45-degree line where Price and Time are in balance. As you can see in the chart below, the S&P 500 is approaching that line, approximately 6,000 calendar days from the low—close to my target on the Gann Hexagon Chart.

It doesn't mean we are close to the end of the long-term cycle; the Hexagon chart lasts nearly 30 years—it's part of Saturn's cycle. However, we might be approaching the next level where significant resistance could appear.

Comparing the Hexagon with a Gann 1x1 Line

• The Gann 1x1 line is a diagonal line, representing equal movement in price and time—a classic 45° slope.

• The 1x1 line acts as a single path or trend; the hexagon chart reveals multiple sensitive points and zones across many angles.

• The Hexagon Chart lays numbers in rings, forming cycles and angles rather than straight lines.

• The hexagon chart’s strength lies in its cyclical and geometric approach, while the 1x1 line is linear.

The Gann Hexagon Chart offers another way to read markets beyond typical trendlines and ratios, rooting its insights in geometric and mathematical cycles.

Recently, I have been working on converting a 3-dimensional Gann Hexagon Grid into a 2-dimensional format to make it easier to print, display price and time details, and highlight sensitive degrees at each step.

I will provide the premium subscribers with the Gann Hexagon Grid details for the S&P 500 until the end of the year.

These dates do not guarantee that Price and Time will align on these dates, price levels, or angles. Of course, the direction of this impressive spreadsheet, which offers lots of functionality, is upward, but the market can also go downward. The next version of this tool will include a downward spiral Gann Hexagon grid as well. Stay tuned for more details below.

The US Indices and many other indices and stocks around the world are hovering around key support and resistance levels. These levels align with planetary hotspots where support and resistance often occur. Price and Time on these levels are in balance, and when the financial markets hit these levels on important planetary cycles, the markets often experience a change in trend.

W.D. Gann was the first trader in the world to use the planetary resistance lines to detect where a change in trend may occur. He discovered that planetary time (longitude) could be translated into a price level at various harmonics. So, if Saturn is at 352 degrees, one could plot the Saturn level at $3.52/$35.2/$352/$3,520 or parts of it.

For slowly moving planets, such as Saturn to Pluto, the levels of planetary resistance often appear as horizontal lines. In contrast, for faster-moving planets like Mercury and Jupiter, these resistance levels are typically plotted across the chart and resemble to form a tunnel in the air.

In his work, such as The Tunnel Thru the Air, 1927, and in his Coffee-letters, he demonstrated the use of planetary lines and converting time (Longitude) to Price.

As illustrated in the chart below, the Heliocentric Longitude of Saturn (black) and Mars (red) at various Harmonic levels demonstrates how often a stock or index like the XLU ETF often respects these lines and bounces off to reverse trend.

On these lines, time and price are in balance. As you can see in the past, the index can bounce off these planetary lines to move in the opposite direction, often finding support on the next level, but it can also hover around these lines for some time before a break to the upside or downside is made.

Therefore, bouncing off these lines or breaking through is not always certain; the trend change might continue. It's a good first step to stay alert and look for confirmation using other fundamental or technical indicators, such as a stochastic oscillator, RSI, or any other you prefer for trading.

I have plotted here the fifth Harmonic of the Mars-Pluto synodic cycle (Heliocentric) to illustrate how this cycle may be poised for a change in trend.

Similar planetary patterns are seen on most stocks and indices. In this post, we will examine the dominant planetary cycle and Gann Planetary lines for the US Indices.

Whilst most markets world wide have been running near old time highs we may be entering a period in which a rebound or change in trend is often observed. The markets last week seem to have reacted on the various announcements on the US levies, and key reversals in various US Top 20 stocks and world wide indices came up in my scans.

Traditional drawn trend channels over various tops or bottoms do not always indicate where trends may occur. They sometimes align with planetary hotspots where resistance or support may occur, but not always.

W.D. Gann in his work often translated planetary time (longitude) to a price equivalent to find these hotspots where Price and Time were aligned. In my scan last week most of the World Wide Indices hit planetary resistance based on these lines and equivalent price levels.

In last week’s post, you saw that 60 degrees of Saturn-Uranus coincides with market fears and significant troughs since the low in November 1987. There is a similar cycle, equally important to follow, based on the 84-year Uranus Cycle that aligns with key peaks and lows on a 7-year cycle sequence.

The 7-year cycle is a well-known cycle that was already observed by the ancient priests and seers and documented in the Bible and Hebrew scriptures. You can easily see on the long-term charts of the DJIA that there are significant declines and bottoms approximately every 7 years.

Note: (1) the 7-year cycle may not always cause a devastating decline as we recently have seen in 1987, 2001-2002, 2008-2009 or 2021-2022. (2) The trendlines suggest we haven’t reached old all-time highs yet, and there is still room for more upside to come.

The 84-cycle Gann mentioned refers to the cycle of Uranus, which moves every 30 degrees or approximately 7 years to a new part of the zodiac. Similar to 7 years ago, we see that Uranus has recently moved out of Taurus into Gemini, and like then, Uranus briefly returned to Pisces in 2018 before settling into Taurus, during which the market experienced a significant move. This pattern may repeat again.

We are now at the end of a 7-year cycle in Taurus, which will finish on 26 April 2026. Uranus often shocks and causes considerable volatility in the stock market and our personal lives. It is a well-known statistical fact that many marriages do not last beyond a 7-year period (or multiples), also known as the 7-year itch.

In her recent post, Astrologer acknowledges the importance of the upcoming period.

Hence, it is worth looking at what happened last time when Uranus moved in/out of Taurus. This may provide a clue to how long and to what price level the current trend is likely to continue. Like W.D. Gann has taught, when Price and Time meet, the trend is likely to change.

In this post, we will also examine some of the top-20 stocks: Meta Platforms (META), Tesla (TSLA), Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-B), Broadcom (AVGO), and ServiceNow (NOW).

As we approach the upcoming quarterly earnings release for the top 5 US stocks that significantly influence the US indices, I am revisiting the planetary and dominant time cycles that have recently come into focus for these stocks and the US Indices.

The top 5 US Stocks’ expected earnings release can be found in the table below:

Since the top 5 indices have the largest weightings in the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 (to a lesser extent in the DJIA), the future direction of US indices could be heavily impacted by quarterly results.

I do not expect a market shock to occur, similar to the one in March and April this year, which has been an echo of the 1987 decline, based on this 45-year Saturn-Uranus Cycle.

Markets repeat in cycles and sometimes very close to long-term planetary cycles, as you can see in the above chart. It is no wonder that since the low in April, the medium-term and longer-term planetary cycles have been driving (most of) the main US stocks and indices to new highs.

MicroStrategy Inc. (MSTR) rebranded as "Strategy Inc." in February 2025. Founded in 1989 and publicly listed since June 11, 1998, the company provides solutions at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, enterprise analytics, and Bitcoin. Its products include the Strategy Analytics platform for reports and dashboards accessible via mobile or web and the Strategy Server for analytical processing.

The company focuses on software design, development, and sales through licensing and cloud subscriptions. It is the first Bitcoin development company committed to advancing its network through market participation and innovation.

Since August 2020, Strategy Inc. has used its cash flows, equity, and debt to accumulate Bitcoin as its primary treasury asset and develop AI-powered analytics software for Bitcoin applications. Strategy Inc. is likely one of the biggest public companies holding Bitcoin.

Looking back to my last review on Strategy Inc (MSTR) in February 2025, I mentioned Strategy (MSTR) could retrace back from the November 2024 high towards a price level of $240 by April 2024, coinciding with the confluence of the 2x1 and 1x2 timing lines from significant highs and lows near a price level of $240.

This forecast was very close as MSTR made a low around the $230 price level in April and surged to higher prices.

Also, in early April 2025, Bitcoin found support and is currently challenging all-time highs again. Will the trend continue, and what may be potential dates in price and time when the trend could change?

The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index (SoX) and NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) have been retracing like a mirror image of the uptrend since the highs in 2024, as mentioned in my previous update from early March.

You can see that most of the well-known companies in the semiconductor industry are following a similar path.

Most of the companies in the chart above are trading lower than they were 52 weeks ago, with well-known companies like AVGO, NVDA, TSM, and TXN still holding above their 52-week lows, but declining fast. We have yet to see the lows for these companies.

The broad semiconductor SOX index is trading within a trend channel defined by the parabolic trendlines (blue), as shown in the chart below. The parabolic trendline at the top is similar to the one that started at the March 2020 low. I plotted a mid-channel parabolic trendline in dashed blue.

The parabolic trendline is based on the Price/Time formula indicated on the chart. The time is defined by the Square Root (SqRt) of the low.

Currently, the SOX index is trading below the support level (grey line) that corresponds to the 2022 low in both price and time and seems to be heading toward the lower parabolic trendline, measured from the March 2020 low. The measured move may indicate where price and time are likely to align in the near future.

Since its all-time high in December 2024, shortly after Elon Musk became involved in reorganizing the government, Tesla, his main company, has been falling from grace, or its pedestal, as they say.

According to Carscoops and Portugal media, recent sales figures for TSLA reveal a troubling trend:

• Germany: Down 60%, and 76% in February

• Australia: Down 66% in January and February

• China: Down 49% in February

• Norway: Down 44% in January and February

• Portugal: Down 50% in January and February

In line with the disappointing sales, investors are selling their shares at the same rate as during the upturn, as shown in the chart below.

TSLA is currently trading 53.77% below its all-time high and found support around a Fibonacci extension

Will TSLA fall from hero to zero in the next few years? It is possible, as there are previous examples of companies that have gone from all-time highs to extreme lows, such as US Steel and many others.

The above foldback scenario may eventually cease to function. Let’s analyze the dominant cycles, Fibonacci ratios, and planetary support and resistance zones to understand what’s ahead in the coming weeks and months.

Yesterday, I demonstrated how you could use planetary lines and price and time harmonics to forecast future resistance and support. It was an extraordinary trade on a European defense stock (Thales S.A.) that went parabolic to the price and time hotspot where I sold making a 77% ROI. You can review the note on Substack here.

In today’s update on the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index ( SoX) and NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA), I will use the same concept of planetary lines, price, and time harmonics to forecast a possible future path.

Planetary lines are akin to employing quantum technology in stock analysis. In his book Quantum Trading, Fabio Oreste integrated W.D. Gann’s concept of planetary lines, which he referred to as Quantum Price Lines. This idea is similar to converting planetary longitude into a price scale using a conversion factor. In my honest opinion, he has put some “old wine in new bottles.

Both concepts deal with Einstein’s theory that the planets may be a cause for space-time to bend. This bending of space-time is what we perceive as gravity. As W.D. Gann mentioned in his Stock Market Course:

Nevertheless, it is a good concept, as planetary or quantum price lines are useful for forecasting future support and resistance areas and identifying potential inflection points in price and time. I will use the basic idea of Gann’s Planetary Lines in the example below on the Sox and NVDA.

You can often use the longitude of Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, or Neptune to find the longer-term planetary lines that form support and resistance. While using the planets with a smaller orbit, like Venus or Mars, most of the time, you can find the trade channels up or down.

The conversion factor largely depends on the stock price. In principle, it can be any harmonic number (or inverse variation) of 360 as part of a circle (360 degrees).

In the above example, I used a conversion factor or price unit of 2 in Gann’s terminology for both the 360-degree Conjunction and 180-degree Opposition. You could start with a price unit of 0.1 or 0.01 for smaller stocks (<360) to find a good fit with the longer-term or smaller planets.

Here, the planetary lines of Saturn and Mars are a good fit, with significant support and resistance lines. Any crossings over the line from below or above may bring the stock up or down to the next level. When Saturn and Mars’s lines intersect simultaneously, that may become a future inflection point for the trend to change or continue.

Note that the July 2024 high on the SoX was 90 weeks from the low of October 2022 and five times $720 or $3,600 higher from its low at around $2,200. This is a hard planetary angle (90 weeks) or planetary line to surpass (Saturn).

In July 2024, I conducted a comprehensive review of MicroStrategy Inc. (Nasdaq: MSTR), a company closely linked to its Bitcoin investments. For many investors, MSTR stock acts as a proxy for Bitcoin. Recently, MicroStrategy and Bitcoin reached new record highs, in November 2024 and January 2025, respectively. However, by the end of January 20th, both MicroStrategy and Bitcoin have entered a period of decline. It's time for a new update.

In my July 2024 forecast for MicroStrategy, I mentioned the importance of “the two-year cycle in Mars and the Mars Declination cycle (that) may signal a significant change in trend.” As you can see in the updated chart below, MicroStrategy was following this cycle almost to the day.

MicroStrategy's stock price appears to be returning to its main trading channel created by the 1x1 timing lines (black). However, the stock may find earlier support at the 2x1 and the mid-channel 1x1 (black dashed timing line). Continuing the downtrend below the 1x1 (black dashed) timing line could drive the stock price toward the lower 1x1 (black) timing line.

Last year, MicroStrategy's stock chart showed a remarkable 96% correlation with the price of Bitcoin; however, measured over the last 12 months, it has diminished to 85%. It’s crucial to understand that analogies or correlations may stop working when fundamental factors or planetary cycles change. Remember, correlation is not causation and a sound investment strategy should be based on a variety of factors.

In this updated post, I will briefly overview MicroStrategy’s fundamentals and explore the planetary cycles of the Sun, Venus, Mars, and Uranus, along with the dominant time cycles for our premium subscribers, for an updated forecast.

Nvidia (NVDA) saw a significant stock drop of around 16% on January 27, 2025, losing nearly $600 billion in market value—the largest single-day loss in U.S. stock history. This decline stemmed from concerns about a language model from Chinese startup DeepSeek, which claimed to require less computing power than U.S. models. The news raised doubts about the returns on heavy investments in AI. Other chipmakers like Broadcom and Micron suffered losses, and the Nasdaq and S&P 500 fell. Is the boom in NVDA’s stock over, or did NVDA revert to the mean?

Let’s have a look at the longer-term trend using a weekly chart.

As shown in the chart above, the price level of $116 for NVDA fell precisely 1162 days after the November 22, 2021, high, measured from the zero point beneath that high on this 1x1 timing line. This is at a $0.1 calendar day vibration rate. Note: 1162*$0.1 =116.2(calendar days).

👉 Today’s takeaway(01/28/2025) : Price and time are interchangeable, and NVDA might have discovered support that aligns with natural laws. However, this doesn't mean NVDA cannot decline further below this 1x1 line, so let’s explore possible scenarios for how this might progress.

Its steadfast commitment lies in advancing the Bitcoin network through active participation in financial markets, advocacy, and technological innovation. MicroStrategy strategically employs its cash flows, equity, and debt financing to amass Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset.

Furthermore, the company specializes in developing AI-powered enterprise analytics software that effectively harnesses its capabilities to generate Bitcoin applications.

MicroStrategy is confident that its operational framework, Bitcoin strategy, and emphasis on technological innovation present a distinctive avenue for value creation.

The stock chart of MicroStrategy shows a remarkable correlation with the price of Bitcoin, as you can see in the chart below.

Starting in August 2020, MicroStrategy has acquired millions of Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset. The decision to do so was made in response to decreasing returns from cash, a weakening dollar, and other global macroeconomic factors. MicroStrategy is likely one of the biggest public company holders of Bitcoin.

A closer look at MicroStrategy's stock price indicates that investors are considering the price of Bitcoin when determining the company's value. With Bitcoin's recent surge in price, it may seem that MicroStrategy's acquisition of Bitcoin is effectively boosting the value of its investment. However, this might be a rumor. Investors may buy or sell MicroStrategy's stock based on Bitcoin’s price movements and speculation. One must be careful with such conclusions; as Karl Pearson said, “Correlation is not causation."

In my October 2023 and January 2024 articles, I published a TSLA forecast based on a foldback scenario that followed the return of planetary angles.

Mirror image foldback patterns are not always precise but can continue to function for a long time. The recent low fell right in the middle of two planetary angles on which the trend has changed its course in the past.

Last week, I shared an analysis of INTC, but I also wanted to provide an analysis of Nvidia Corporation. Nvidia is one of the top investments in the chip manufacturing domain and has seen significant growth since the AI boom began.

As I was examining the chart, I noticed that we were approaching a 20-year cycle high, calculated from the peak in April 2004. This amounts to roughly 7252 calendar days from February 12th, 2024. If we draw a timing line with a rate of 0.10/calendar day, we can see that it would align with the recent highs, as shown in the chart below.

When analyzing the price progress, the NVDA stock shows advances of $144 with significant support and resistance at each increment of $144.

NVDA is currently trading around 5x$144=$720 and, at a $0.10/calendar day, is also squaring the April 2004 high. This may be an important price and time level that may not be easily broken from below. If it does, the next logical price may be $864, but can there be a price and time equilibrium at that price?

Through W.D. Gann's teachings, I've learned that the Square of 144 is an important cycle in both price and time. On an hourly chart, it takes 864 days to complete the Square of 144. 144 x 144 = 20,736, so 864 calendar days x 24 hours = 20,736 hours.

According to Gann's theory, you can measure the square of 144 from any significant high or bottom. In this case, the first important high occurred on November 22, 2021. If we count 864 calendar days from this peak, we arrive on April 4, 2024. From a Gann perspective, if the price reaches $864 around this day, it may become an important high and potentially lead to a change in trend.

The 4x1 timing line from November 2021 high confirms - on the confluence of the “0”, zero bottom- the April 4th, 2024 date as a probable turning point. Similar does the 3x1 timing line from the lows of October 2023, reaching the $864 price level by the same date.

When will the music stop playing for NVIDIA Corporation? In the below premium subscribers' post, I have analyzed other cycles that could confirm the above analysis of NVDA potentially reaching a significant peak. Using other Gann techniques such as the Square of Nine calculator or converting Planetary Degrees to Price there are alternative price and time targets to be considered as well.

In April 2023, I posted an analysis on INTC- Intel Corporation following a fold-back scenario from the lows of 2022. Since then, the stock has been following this foldback until late 2023.

In 2023 INTC followed a similar path as found in the Mass Pressure Index for 2008-2009, as seen in the chart above. The 2008-2009 analog is a significant 15-year cycle, after which you could expect the stock to change trend. On the Artificial Intelligence trend, the stock has been rather bullish in 2023. Will this trend continue?

Recently, the company reported a weaker-than-expected outlook for the first quarter of 2024, with first-quarter revenue between $12.2 billion and $13.2 billion, lower than the Wall Street forecast of $14.2 billion. This caused a stock drop of more than 10% in after-hours trading. However, Intel's CEO, Pat Gelsinger, remained optimistic and expects revenue and EPS growth for each quarter of 2024—source: Q4 2023 Intel Corporation Earnings Conference Call.

For the premium subscribers, I have analyzed the stock again in the update below and renewed my forecast for 2024. Based on this analysis, I wonder if Intel’s CEO's optimism is justified. When I was 10 years old, I made my first trade in a bicycle factory. I had been reading the financial section of my local newspaper (see below image) and noticed a trend in the company's stock that was rapidly evolving day after day. With my father's permission, I decided to pool all my pocket money together and buy some shares in the company. Within a few months, the stock skyrocketed and I made a profit of 2600% by selling my shares at the peak of the trend. This experience sparked my interest in the stock market, and I became fascinated by what caused its fluctuations. I knew there was something out there that influenced the stock market, and this set me on a lifelong journey to understand its workings, a journey that continues to this day.

Throughout my journey, I have learned from respected traders and analysts such as Benjamin Graham, Stan Weinstein, Thomas N. Bulkowski, J.M. Hurst, Raymond Merriman, Robert Prechter, Bradley Cowan, M.S. Jenkins, Daniel T. Ferrera, and W.D. Gann. Through their teachings, I have learned about fundamental and technical analysis, cycle analysis, Elliott Wave analysis, financial astrology, and Gann analysis techniques.

It's important to note that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to trading or investing in the stock market. The experts I've learned from have used multiple methods to be successful in the markets. Although there's no holy grail when it comes to trading and investing, learning from and applying a variety of techniques can help traders and investors gain a better understanding of the market and improve their chances of success.

Cycle analysis has taught me that there are no fixed cycles that always come to a trough or crest in an exact, repetitive, and timely fashion. It’s like our own daily cycle in life. I do not always exactly wake up at the same time, have lunch or dinner, or go to bed at the same time. Permanent cycles, like the 20-year or 60-year cycle I follow, have a specific range in which they peak or bottom out, but their actual length can vary by up to one-third of the total length. These cycles can sometimes expand, contract, or invert, and some cycles are more susceptible to these changes than others.

From W.D. Gann, I have learned that permanent cycles may peak and bottom only at certain times, as he clearly mentioned in his Stock Market Course:

“Now, by a study of the TIME PERIODS and TIME CYCLES, you will learn why tops and bottoms are formed at certain times and why Resistance Levels are so strong at certain times and bottoms and tops hold around them.”

To understand where the market is going, you need to understand where the cycle came from.

“The ancient hunters had a rule that when they were searching to locate an animal in his den, they always followed his tracks backward, figuring that it was the shortest route to his lair. The quickest way for you to learn how to determine future market movements is to study the past."

He also said you need to use specific mathematical points of price culmination in his Master Egg Course (1949):

“…but remember you must always begin to count time in days, weeks and months from the extreme high and extreme low levels, and not from exact seasonal or calendar time periods"

In the nine mathematical points1, W.D. Gann showed different techniques he used to analyze the market's position in price and time.

I strongly believe you need to truly understand the depth and width of the above quotes. This is also the key to understanding why Gann Mass Pressure charts (made popular by Daniel T. Ferrera in his book W.D. Gann’s Mass Pressure Forecasting Charts), which plot a composite cycle of 80, 60, 40, 30, 20, and 10 years ago as a forecast, may only work at certain times and, at other times, are off track.

Over the years, I have found the 60-year, 3x the approximate 20-year synodic cycle of Jupiter-Saturn to be the most consistent, but it can be inverted from time to time, like last year. Recently, as you can see in today’s update, this cycle has been catching up with time and price.

In today’s update on the US Indices, I will show you some of W.D. Gann’s nine mathematical points that could be used to understand today’s market, such as looking at the monthly chart, using odd and even squares, time cycles, and time periods, and squaring out price with time from tops and bottoms.
